Full of history and at the heart of Paris, a visit to Notre Dame Cathedral is always special. The last time we visited Paris, we could only admire the outside but I can’t wait until we get to tour again!
4. Arc De Triomphe
This may be my all time favorite landmark to visit in Paris. The views from the top provide the best views of the city and you can get great pictures of the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysees. The climb to the top does involve a narrow staircase and almost 300 steps so bring your walking shoes!

One of my favorite souvenirs is a little painting I bought from a street artist in Montmartre.

While not technically located in the heart of Paris, I couldn’t leave the Palace of Versailles off the list. Just a 20-30 minute ride on the RER C line will take you to the Versailles to admire the beauty and magnificence of this incredible palace. I have never seen so much gold in one place!

7. Saint-Chapelle
One of the most beautiful attractions in Paris! Saint-Chapelle was originally built to house relics from Christ’s Passion. A Navigo Easy card or Paris Visite Pass can save you time and money if you plan to use public transportation often. Taxis and Ubers are available but can get pricey, especially during rush hour — so rely on the Metro (or walk) when possible.

Paris’s iconic landmarks — like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Arc de Triomphe— draw big crowds year-round. Go early in the morning or later in the evening for fewer people and better photo ops.
